Terms of use

Last updated: September 19, 2026

The service

MoniProbe checks the availability of websites, APIs and servers, sends alerts and publishes status pages. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

Your account

  • You are responsible for access to your account and for actions taken by your team members.
  • The information you provide must be accurate. A valid email address is required to receive alerts.

Acceptable use

  • Only monitor services you operate or are authorised to monitor.
  • Do not use MoniProbe to overload, attack or probe third-party systems.
  • Do not use status pages or notifications to spread unlawful, misleading or unsolicited content.
  • We may suspend a monitor, an account or a target in case of abuse, letting you know whenever possible.

Plans, discovery period and payment

  • The Free plan is free with no time limit, within the limits published on the Pricing page.
  • Every new account gets the Pro level during its discovery period (12 months by default). When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless subscribed; no data is deleted.
  • Paid subscriptions, once available, renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
  • Fair use applies: an account inactive for 60 days has its checks slowed down until its next sign-in.

Availability

We do our best to keep MoniProbe available and reliable, but no monitoring service can guarantee to detect every outage. The service is provided “as is”, with no service level guarantee on free plans.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us during the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost revenue, data or customers) caused by an undetected outage or an alert that was not received.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may terminate an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

Governing law
