How does the discovery period work?

  • When you sign up, your account gets the Pro level for 12 months. No credit card is required.
  • One month before it ends, you get a summary of what will change for your account, with your real numbers.
  • Without a subscription, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: monitors above the limit are paused, and you choose which ones to keep.
  • Founder offer: subscribe before your discovery period ends and keep 30% off for life. Nothing is charged before the end date.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 12-month discovery period requires no payment method.

What happens after 12 months?

Your account moves to the Free plan unless you chose a subscription. No data is deleted, and everything is re-enabled as soon as you subscribe.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. 100 monitors, 60 of them checked every minute, every alert channel and a status page. No ads, no data resale.

Why are SMS paid?

Every SMS costs real money to send. They work with credits (Pro and Business include some each month), refunded if sending fails. Every other channel is free.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, up or down. When moving to a smaller plan nothing is deleted: items above the limits are paused.
